Darth Vader
20 in ×20 in, Fine Art, acrylic and oil on the stretched canvas
Who wouldn't like Star Wars? In this movie, I especially love the character Darth Vader. When I think of him, he reminds me of a tragic hero from Greek drama. He wasn’t evil from the start, but circumstances pulled him toward the darkness. People love stories about the fall of a hero. He had incredible power, but his body was burned, and he was constantly hidden behind a mask. He ended up siding with the dark side, yet his love for his son remained, and this internal conflict makes the character even more intriguing. Even though he's a villain, you can't help but feel empathy for him, like him, and become invested in his journey. I created this fan art for those Star Wars fans who admire him.
